To adapt the fleet
and improve the whole infrastructure in a 3.442 km extension
from Porto of Cáceres, in Mato Grosso - Brazil, where
in the East there is a fantastic Swampland, in South Mato
Grosso, until Porto of Nova Palmira in Uruguay, giving the
whole Paraguayan territory an unexplored tourist potential,
converting that area as an alternative for maintainable development.
On the other hand, from the environmental point of view, the
transport waterway , besides the decrease in the costs of
transportation, which requires a smaller consumption of energy.
River
Uruguay, with its source at 1.800m of altitude, the highest
point of the Prata Basin, in the city of Urubici, " Caminho
of Neves ", in Santa Catarina, close to the cities of
Lages and São Joaquim, this river is the second most
import in the prata basin with 4.640 cubic meters per second
in the city of Concordia Argentina. Its last tributary in
the state of Santa Caterina is, Peperi-Guaçu, that
makes the border with Argentina.
